The CVA Team
Anita Massari
Director
I was born, raised, and homeschooled in Abiquiu, NM. I found my calling in education in my late teens when teaching English to adult immigrants. After beginning to work with children, I decided to pursue an undergraduate in Education at UNM. Following my passion to provide support to those who need it most, I received my BA in Special Education. I now live between Chama and Dulce, where I am raising my daughters, baking, gardening, dancing, making fiber and bead work crafts. I continue to realize my heart’s desire to support growth in everyone.

I am Lisa Martinez I was born and raised in Los Brazos, New Mexico. I graduated from Escalante High School in 2005. My journey took me to NMSU where I received a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication. I later worked for Entravision Communications as a news editor, reporter and production assistant. Later, I began my career in education in Seaside, Oregon, where I worked daily as an instructional assistant with children with special needs. I then returned to the Land of Enchantment where I became a teacher, educating Elementary and Middle School aged children in Dulce, New Mexico.
